RETURNS/EXCHANGES

FREE RETURNS FOR ALL UK CLIENTS. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) within 30 days and we will issue a full refund upon receipt. This includes all PRE-ORDERED items.

Contact us on +44 2037 447 111 or support@onedenim.com and we will organise the collection from you or advise you otherwise. Once we receive the package we will issue a full refund within 24h. All refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (debit/credit card, PayPal or their combination).

Returns are free for all UK customers.

For International customers, you can use your own courier or ours. If you would like to use our service contact us and we will arrange this for you. The return costs will be deducted from your refund. We are not liable for any claim for refund of duties and taxes paid by you on the imported goods.

Our branded boxes and bags are considered to be a part of the product and should be returned with the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
